Transition Year Programme
Transition Year is a highly successful one year programme in the school. A variety of subjects and modules are provided for students. The programme aims to develop maturity, self-confidence, improve skills and educate through experience of adult and working life. there are limited places available in Ty and a selection process takes place based on students age, discipline history and other factors.
